Emaar Properties’ H1 profit up 34%

Its revenue jumped 38% to Dh19.8b, netting Dh10.4b profit

As widely expected, Emaar Properties delivered a strong performance in the first half of 2025, with revenues and profit both rising by over 30 per cent.

The Dubai-based developer reported a 34 per cent increase in net profit before tax, reaching Dh10.4 billion. Revenue surged 38 per cent to Dh19.8 billion for the six-month period.
