8-LANE LINK OVER DUBAI CREEK TO HANDLE 16,000 VEHICLES PER HOUR
The iconic Dubai Creek is set to get a eight-lane bridge to ease traffic around Bur Dubai, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) revealed yesterday after awarding the Dh786 million contract.
Spanning 1,425 metres, it will feature four lanes in each direction and be able to handle 16,000 vehicles per hour.
