Eden shines at pool nationals

The Eden ladies' and men's pool teams flew the Eden flag high at the South African Blackball Federation's (SABF) national championship, which took place in Mbombela from 12 to 19 July - and this year turned out to be one for the history books.

The chant: "Eden! Yes! Eden! Yes! Eden! Shwing shwing!" became something that stuck in the minds and hearts of players from every region.
In a historic milestone, an Eden team entered this championship for the first time, and this debut was nothing short of remarkable. The Eden ladies' team walked away with the championship title, while the men's team finished second in the runner-up cup.
