Ola Board nod to raise ₹1,500- crore funds

THE BOARD OF Ola Electric Mobility on Saturday approved a proposal to raise % 1,500 crore, inter alia, via the issue of equity shares and/or convertible securities, including warrants, or ADRs and GDRs, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
The funds will be raised through a public offer, rights issue, qualified institutional placement or a private placement or any other permitted modes.
