Turbo-engine Punch to rival Exter, Magnite

TATA MOTORS WILL unveil the facelifted Punch on January 13, introducing a turbo-petrol engine in what is being seen as the most significant upgrade aimed at boosting sales for one of India's most popular entrylevel SUVs.
With the new engine, the Punch will directly compete with the Citroën C3 turbo, as well as lower turbo variants of the Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite, while its variants continue to challenge rivals such as the Hyundai Exter.
