KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK continues to show consistent execution with robust balance sheet strength, improving asset quality, and a conservative approach to credit risk.
The private sector lender remains well placed to capitalise on a recovering interest margin and steady loan growth, targeting 1.5-2 times nominal gross domestic product expansion. It remains well positioned to deliver a return on assets of 2% and return on equity of 12.7% by fiscal year 2027. The lender retains a Buy rating with a target price of ₹2,500, implying a 14% upside from current levels, valuing the stock at 2.5 times estimated FY27 adjusted book value.
