Kalyani feud: Hiremath wants administrator

SUGANDHA HIREMATH, SISTER of Bharat Forge chairman Baba Kalyani, on Tuesday urged a Pune court to appoint a court administrator to protect the wealth, which includes stakes in listed companies like Bharat Forge, Kalyani Steels and other assets.

As reported earlier, she is seeking a one-third share of the Kalyani family's assets, valued at over ₹1 lakh crore. She has alleged that her brothers, Baba and Gaurishankar, have deprived her of her rightful share.

Hiremath's legal team argued for an urgent hearing, citing the siblings' advanced ages and claiming that delays could lead to the alienation of assets. They warned that "nothing will be left" if the matter drags on.
