DR REDDY'S LABORATORIES reported in-line sales for 4QFY25, though EBITDA slightly missed expectations. The company posted healthy revenue growth across all segments, supported by recent acquisitions. Additionally, the pharmaceutical services and active ingredients segments showed a strong recovery in FY25, following a subdued performance in FY23/FY24. We have maintained our earnings estimates for FY25/FY27 and value the stock at 18x 12-month forward earnings, setting a target price of ₹1,220.
