THE MARKET CAPITALISATION (m-cap) of Axis Bank exceeded that of Kotak Mahindra Bank for the first time in more than a year on Tuesday amid a robust growth, cheaper valuation, and better returns compared to other large players.Axis’ market capitalisation crossed ₹4.08 lakh crore on Tuesday, compared with ¢4.07 lakh crore for Kotak Bank.
