Clauses from wages, social security code excluded

WHILE THE INDUSTRIAL Relations Code, 2020 and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 have been implemented in full, few clauses of the Code on Social Security, 2020 and the Code on Wages, 2019 have been excluded.

In the Social Security Code, the government has kept in abeyance parts of sections 15(3), 16, entire section 142, certain transitional provisions in section 143, and select clauses of section 164.
