The two-day Paris Summit, which kicked off on Monday with Prime Minister Narendra Modi as co-chair, aims to achieve three major objectives: Provide access to independent, safe and reliable AI to a wide range of users; develop AI that is more environmentally friendly; and ensure global AI governance that is both effective and inclusive.
The Summit will focus on five major themes, including public service AI, future of work, innovation and culture, trust in AI, and global governance of AI.
