NCDEX to use 80% of fundraise for tech upgrade

THE NATIONAL COMMODITY and Derivatives Exchange of India (NCDEX) will use 80% of ₹770 crore it has raised towards the technology infrastructure, sources said.
The exchange will consider issuance of 39.02 million shares of face value ₹10 at a premium of ₹187.43, aggregating to ₹770 crore by way of a preferential issue.
