Delight Goal celebrations for Queen of the South players
Peter Murphy says the positive result against Hamilton Accies on Friday can't just be a one-off - they need to be putting in those performances week in, week out to make sure they have success.
Queens were an attacking force from the off against the side who were sitting top of League One before being deducted points for breaching SPFL rules.
Jack Stott and a Cale Loughrey own goal put the Doonhamers in the driving seat before Connor Smith pulled one back as Queens saw out a 2-1 victory.
Boss Murphy said: “It’s three points against a really good side. We just need to back it up, it can’t be just a one-off.
“But if the players play the way they played and we get that little bit of luck, there should be no problems.
“That's only our second win now away from home this season, so we have been really disappointed about our away form.
