Harry fronts sepsis campaign after wife Sandra's survival

FORMER Derby County football advisor Harry Redknapp has launched a sepsis awareness campaign after his wife Sandra survived the condition.

The 78-year-old former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! winner, who was with the Rams in the 2015-16 season, is fronting the It's Game On For Sepsis campaign for the UK Sepsis Trust, after his wife was treated in hospital in 2018.
Redknapp said: “In 2018, my wife Sandra developed sepsis from a kidney infection. It was a terrifying experience - but we were lucky. She survived; 48,000 families across the UK aren't as fortunate. That's why I've teamed up with the UK Sepsis Trust to get lifesaving information in front of as many people as possible.”
