The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has rolled out a new “One Project One Tender” approach to streamline how civic infrastructure projects are executed and to cut down delays caused by the earlier multi-tender system.

PMC Adopts Single-Tender System To Fast-Track Infrastructure Projects

Under instructions issued by Municipal Commissioner Naval Kishore Ram, all projects handled by the Building Construction Department will now be assigned through a single, all-inclusive tender instead of dividing the work into multiple contracts at different stages.
