Kleinvlei vrou shot and killed at Blue Downs police station was not the target

THE Kleinvlei vrou who was shot dead near Blue Downs police station was killed in a gang hit gone wrong.

According to Daily Voice sources, Edmincha Wildebees, 25, known as Netta, was allegedly involved with the Horribles gang, operating around Kleinvlei and was set to appear at the Blue Downs Magistrates Court.

Netta was shot on Monday as she sat in the backseat of a red VW Polo and it's believed that the driver was the target.

Mfuleni Community Policing Forum (CPF) Chairperson France Mashaba told the Daily Voice that the board is aware of the incident and that Wildebees came from Kleinvlei police station following a drug-related incident and was expected to appear at the Blue Downs Magistrates Court.
