Wolves reborn under Burgess says Vaughan

PAUL VAUGHAN reckons Sam Burgess has got Warrington stars playing better than ever - so it's little wonder the coach is linked with an NRL return.

Wolves came from 14-6 down to see off Leigh and stay fourth, two points off leaders Catalans.

Burgess, making coaching look easy in his first big gig, again denied he could soon head back to his former club South Sydney. He vowed to see out his two-year contract even if struggling Souths sack Jason Demetriou.

Burgess, 35, has overseen eight wins from 10 games so far and only Huddersfield stand between Wolves and a place at Wembley.
