ED Balls has admitted he often cries when he watches telly and films.

The Good Morning Britain host, 57, gets emotional every time he sees classic 1965 film The Sound Of Music because the songs are so moving.

He said: "It's a nightmare. It's the same point every time. It's the most emotional moment in the film.
