Brook stands by his policy of attack, attack, attack
HARRY BROOK has admitted he has been too reckless at times during the Ashes - but makes no apology for it.
The England batter, who made a match-winning 75-runs second innings contribution to the third Test at Headingley, has visibly improved as the series has gone on.
He followed it up with 61 at Manchester last week before the rain ruined England's chances of a series-leveling draw.
But against Australia in both innings, Brook found the right balance between aggression and recklessness.
And that is where he wants to try and continue to live as a Test player having become frustrated with himself for failing when he'd been too tentative.
"I feel like a couple of times I have been a little bit reckless in this series," admitted Brook. "Especially that innings at Lord's in the first innings.
