Silva call to front up

FULHAM manager Marco Silva has challenged his team to give his strikers more to work with when they travel to Newcastle today.

The Cottagers were on top for large periods in the 1-0 defeat to Manchester United on Sunday but there were few clear-cut opportunities for frontmen Raul Jimenez (inset) and Rodrigo Muniz.

Silva said: "Sometimes strikers can be ruthless and clinical if we provide for them in the right moments and give them the right balls.

"In the first half against United with the way we played, we should've provided more for the attacking players."
