RONNIE O'SULLIVAN revealed he would quit snooker if his sponsors in Saudi Arabia and China pulled out ahead of his bid for a record-extending ninth UK Championship.
The sport's biggest star, who turns 50 on Friday, has prioritised bigger money overseas tournaments in recent years.
World No.5 O'Sullivan (above) will play his first match on home soil since his World Championship capitulation in May on Tuesday at York's Barbican.
