Nicholls out to steal jump finale limelight

ALL eyes will be on Skelton v Mullins at Sandown but Paul Nicholls can gatecrash the end-of-term party with INSURRECTION (1.50) in the bet365 Josh Gifford Novices' Handicap Chase.

The eight-year-old smashed subsequent winner Asta La Pasta by 16 lengths on only his fourth chase start before finding the waters a bit deep in the novice handicap chase at the Cheltenham Festival.

But he still ran well for a long way and there should be plenty to come from this progressive type in this much easier race.

Nicholls could be set for a quick double as PIC D'ORHY (2.25) holds strong claims in the bet365 Oaksey Chase.
