ROCKER Ozzy Osbourne was secretly hospitalised two weeks before his Black Sabbath reunion gig.

The singer, 76, died just 17 days after his final performance at the Villa Park stadium in his home city of Birmingham on July 5.

His family have now revealed he had a major health scare shortly before the show.
