Blades family 'suffering' after tragic loss says boss

PAUL HECKINGBOTTOM admitted “a lot of people are suffering” at Sheffield United following the tragic passing of much-loved women’s player Maddy Cusack.

But the Blades boss acknowledged that beating Newcastle tomorrow at what promises to be an emotional Bramall Lane would be the perfect tribute to the 27-year-old (main pic).

Heckingbottom’s winless team host the Magpies four days after the passing of Cusack, who combined her playing commitments with a role in the club’s marketing department.
