EIGHT years ago, I left the Army after five years serving, as it just wasn't for me any more.

I've since gone on to work in project management and I’m currently hunting for a new job. I’ve had a few interviews, but I've noticed that prospective employers get fixated on my time in the Forces and keep asking me questions about it, rather than recent roles I've had.

I can see why it’s interesting to interviewers, but I feel it was so long ago that I’d rather discuss jobs I had of late and it throws me. Do you think I should take it off my CV?
