Jealousy ruining our relationship

MAD COS I CAN'T STOP IT

MY relationship is in tatters because of my raging jealousy.

My partner has never cheated on me but just imagining him in the arms of another woman is enough to make my blood boil.

I admit I have a vivid imagination. Any time he’s required to travel for work or even visit one of his relatives, I conjure up scenarios that involve him getting off with someone else.

I ring him all the time demanding to hear where he is and who he’s seeing. I do spot checks and insist he live-streams everything and everyone around him.

I know I'm ridiculous and loathe myself for being so unreasonable and snappy, but I can’t help it. My poor partner has given up trying to reassure me of his love and commitment because nothing he ever says soothes me.
