COP QUITS AFTER VIDEO SHOWS VICTIM BEING CUFFED

ONE of the cops involved in the arrest of dying student Henry Nowak has quit.

Bodycam footage showed Henry, 18, being handcuffed as he lay in a pool of blood after being stabbed five times by Vickrum Digwa with a 21cm Sikh ceremonial dagger.

Digwa lied to police at the scene that he was a victim of a race attack.

In the footage Henry is heard repeatedly saying: “I’ve been stabbed”

An officer replied: “I don’t think you have, mate.”

Henry also told officers he could not breathe at least nine times.

The footage ends with the officer arresting Henry for alleged racial abuse and reading him his rights.
