ENGLAND star Mikey Lewis believes he has learned to deal with vitriolic fans winding him up – and Hull KR’s derby win proved the point perfectly.

The brilliant scrum-half often cops abuse aplenty from opposition supporters.

That was no more obvious than in Rovers' Good Friday clash at fierce rivals Hull FC when the vociferous home support taunted him.

The reigning Man of Steel said: "It's part and parcel of the game. Some of the things they say, you can't take it personally.

They try to get under your skin.

"It's fans. They're having a good day out. They're trying to get under my skin and I have learned from it.
