SWISS midfielder Remo Freuler has become Public Enemy No.1 in Italy ahead of their last-16 showdown.

Nottingham Forest misfit Freuler managed to upset the Italians with an off-hand remark at a press conference ahead of their meeting in Berlin tomorrow.

Freuler (right), who played for Atalanta for six years prior to his move to Forest and starred for Bologna on loan last season, was asked what he could learn from the meeting of the near neighbours at Euro 2020, which Italy won 3-0.
