CHOCOLATE makers fear the soaring popularity of fat jabs could kill off the sweet treats.
Manufacturers said sales had already taken a dent due to our diminishing cravings for the sugary snacks.
Experts said the rise of top-selling weight loss drugs - known as GLP-Is - were a particular threat to chocolate.
