BRANDON THOMAS-ASANTE credits strike partner Ellis Simms for his recent return to goalscoring form.

The duo were both on target as Coventry made it five wins on the bounce in all competitions.

Thomas-Asante - who provided the assist for Simms' opener - has now scored three goals in four games after ending an 18-match drought, while his fellow forward has two in three.

The Sky Blues striker (above) said: "I think anyone that plays up front with a striker like Ellis makes it easier for you because he's one of the most honest strikers that you'll see.
