A load of daft lots

A SAFE once owned by Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson - that failed to protect their notorious sex tape - has been sold for £1,900.

- MEG JORSH

It was broken into by electrician Rand Gauthier, who nicked the video and sold it online in 1995.

The box included a handwritten note from rocker Lee, reading: “This is the safe that ruined my life.”

But it’s far from the weirdest thing ever flogged at auction, as MEG JORSH reveals...

Nothing but the tooth:

One lucky buyer snapped up a rotten tooth belonging to Napoleon Bonaparte for £11,000 in 2005. The canine is thought to have been pulled in 1817 while the Frenchman was suffering from scurvy. He was living in exile on the island of St Helena, following his defeat at the Battle of Waterloo.
