CHRIS Robshaw says dancing on Strictly is much more brutal than fighting on SAS: Who Dares Wins.

The England rugby hero needed emergency surgery after being medically withdrawn from the special forces show.

But despite his painful exit last year, Chris, 39, believes Strictly is tougher.
