HOLLYWOOD oddball Nicolas Cage loves a pungent pickled egg.

The 61-year-old, who won an Oscar for his 1995 flick Leaving Las Vegas, can’t resist the tangy chip shop treat.

The actor, who is back in cinemas in The Surfer, said he liked to “keep it simple” when ordering fish and chips.
