SWANSEA'S improved form was hailed as an “incredible achievement" after they beat Sunderland to move into the top half of the Championship table.

Alan Sheehan's time as caretaker head coach improved even further with victory against the promotion contenders at the Stadium of Light.
It was only the second time fourth-placed Sunderland have been defeated on home soil this season and saw the Swans climb up to 12th.
Skipper Ben Cabango's 58th-minute finish, when he forced a rebound over the line after Harry Darling's header crashed against the bar from Eom Ji-Sung's freekick, was the difference.
