THE family of an 87-yearold man who died following a road crash have paid tribute to a “beloved dad, grandad, brother”.
Phillip Rotherham was travelling with his wife, 80, in a Honda HRV car when it crashed in the Borders town of Peebles around 6.25pm on Thursday.
