Israel kills 65 as PM shuns Hamas summit in Egypt

- BY CHRIS HUGHES

ISRAEL said it had no plans to join peace talks in Egypt as its troops killed at least 65 Palestinians after dawn yesterday.

Another eight starved to death, including three children, bringing the number who have died from lack of food and water to 235.

This includes 106 kids, local health officials claimed.

Hospital staff said people were killed on their way to aid distribution sites and convoys.

Bombardments on the Strip have intensified, focusing on the northern areas of Beit Hanoon, Beit Lahiya, Jabalia al-Balad, and the Jabalia refugee camp.
