THE man behind one of Scotland's cruellest puppy trading operations has finally been brought to justice.

Sean McDonagh drove around towns to offload dogs that were riddled with disease.

But one of his victims, Natalie Scrymgeour, called in investigators after the wee dog she bought died.

Yesterday she welcomed justice being served as McDonagh was sentenced for his cruel actions.

And while she was glad to see him banned from keeping animals, she told the Record she would never get over the trauma of watching puppy Ragner die.
