JIM GOODWIN admits the Scottish Cup has taken on extra significance for Dundee United after their hopes of a top-six Premiership finish took a pounding in midweek.
They lost two late goals at Easter Road to go down 3-2 to Hibs while sixth-placed Falkirk were winning 2-1 at Livingston to move 11 points clear of the Tannadice men, who have a game in hand.
