SCOTLAND has greeted its first babies of the new year.
The first was a baby girl Arabella, born in Ayrshire just 14 minutes after the bells at University Hospital Crosshouse to Lucy-Jane Bark and Luke Hutchinson, from Stevenston, weighing 8lb 9oz.
