NHS must learn from mistakes

THE family of Dylan Jones deserve answers after the young father died in painful circumstances after being left waiting 15 hours for treatment.

The 28-year-old spent two hours waiting for an ambulance and 13 hours before an MRI scan revealed his spleen had ruptured.

Dylan died in hospital 10 days later.

His family have now called for a fatal accident inquiry to be held into the circumstances of his death - and they are right to do so. Three young children have now been left without their dad.
