My teens and their mates have taken over our house...

I'M hoping you can offer some advice on keeping my marriage together with two teens in the house.

Our kids are 14 and 16 now, and go to bed late (sometimes after us at the weekends), and they're just always there, taking up space, which leaves no space for us to have private conversations or, dare I say it, a sex life! They take over the living room and the TV, and also the kitchen when their mates are over.

My husband and I have no time together and it almost feels like we're living in their house and we're just the lodgers.

I know I need to set some boundaries and regain control, but I have no idea how to do it. Our house is small, so it's not like we can just disappear and not see or hear from them.
