Long Covid kids 'not on the radar'

Parents say NHS is ignoring them

FAMILIES with children left disabled by long Covid say they feel ignored by the NHS.

Thousands of kids still have serious health issues due to the post-viral syndrome which their parents say the health service refuses to recognise.

Mum Harbinder Dhaliwal, who has three children with long Covid, said: “My children haven't been well enough to go back to school for three years. We are not even on the radar. It's almost as if we don't exist.”
