Craig proud to fly Saltire at the United nations but vows he's not alone

CRAIG SIBBALD is proud to fly the Saltire in the Dundee United starting XI.

But the midfielder insists there is plenty more Scottish talent coming through and on the injured list.

Jim Goodwin didn't name a homegrown player in his team for the home Euro clash with UNA Strassen, although he brought Sibbald in for the win in Luxembourg.

The midfielder has been a standout since he forced his way back into the team and is expected to start tomorrow's first leg qualifier away to Rapid Vienna.

Sibbald said: "I'm proud about being the only Scot. There are plenty of Scottish boys on the bench and still coming back from injury. I'm happy to play and always pleased to start.

"I'm happy to play my part and hopefully I've done well."
