Fowler aims high after ditching the Dubai dream

JOSH FOWLER admits he had to ditch the glitz of Dubai to realise his football dreams.

The 23-year-old striker has made a stunning start at Queen's Park with five Premier Sports Cup goals.

He left Junior football two years ago for the UAE and loved stints at Gulf United and Dubai City.

Now he’s shunned the heat for the slog of a Scottish Championship winter - and is already convinced he’s made the right call.
