When you are riding a leading fancy for a Cheltenham Gold Cup that just happens to be owned by a national treasure, that pressure is cranked up a gear.

But that will not bother one of National Hunt's rising stars. In terms of wins, Ben Jones is already assured of his best season.

And, of course, the 26-year-old Welshman has big victories to his name, winning the 2024 Festival Plate on Shakem Up'Arry.
