THE Welsh First Minister has urged voters not to treat the upcoming National Assembly elections as a protest against Sir Keir Starmer's government.
‘The Prime Minister is “not on the ballot paper” in Wales, said Baroness Eluned Morgan, where Labour has led the devolved government since it was established. The country goes to the polls in May.
