POLICE are appealing for witnesses after reports a woman was assaulted in Porthmadog.

The incident happened on the High Street, near the Tesco petrol station, on Saturday.
A North Wales PoliceGwynedd South statement said: “We're appealing for witnesses following an assault in Porthmadog on Saturday 21 March.
