A MUM on holiday in North Wales says her daughter would have drowned if not for the actions of two strangers.
Moira Malcolm, 33, from Manchester, was on a break in Rhyl with her parents, her three children, sister-in-law and niece.
Her mother had bought Moira’s three children inflatables to enjoy at the beach in the summer heatwave. But what had been a wonderful day at Rhyl beach on Sunday was suddenly thrown into horror shortly before midday when her seven-year-old daughter Shylah was swept away by a riptide on her float.
