HMO plan for family home

PLANS to convert a terraced house in Shotton into a five-bedroom house of multiple occupancy have been submitted to Flintshire County Council.

The proposals for the home on Ash Grove in Shotton would see the existing three bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor retained, with two downstairs bedrooms either side of the kitchen and a living room at the front of the property.
